Properly etch all 10 nails using a 100 grit file, make sure all shine is gone. Shape the nail to the clients desired shape and length.
Ensure all file dust is removed. Using our Scrub Brush, dip the brush in Nail Prep, blot brush and scrub each nail ensuring that all nail dust is removed.
Using our Oval Brush and starting with the right hand, apply a small dot of Base Gel to each nail and brush evenly over the entire nail. This coat should appear wet and grainy. While the right hand is curing, repeat on the left. Cure 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Starting with the right hand, apply a line of Builder Gel from the center of the nail to the free edge. Using our Oval Brush gently brush through the line to the free edge. Brush remainder of the nail with the Builder Gel, creating an even coat. Complete the right hand and cure in the UV lamp. Cure time 1 minute. Repeat on the left hand while the right hand is curing.
Apply a slightly thicker line of Finishing Gel, again starting at the center of the nail to the free edge. Using our Oval Brush gently brush through the line to the free edge. Brush remainder of the nail with the Finishing Gel, creating an even coat. Complete four fingers on the right hand and have the client flip their hand over for 5-8 seconds to aid in self-leveling of the product. Place the fingers in the UV lamp while repeating these steps on the left thumb. Cure the right four fingers and left thumb. Repeat with left fingers and right thumb. minimum cure time of two minutes for French, minimum of 3-4 minutes for full color.
Once all ten fingers are properly cured, using a small square of paper towel saturated with Nail Prep, wipe each nail surface to remove the dispersion layer.
Using an 180 grit file on the bevel, gently file each edge, including the sides to remove any residual gel. Do not file on top this will remove your high gloss shine.
Ensure pigments are evenly distributed by stirring with an orangewood stick. Using your choice of Square or Oval Brush (we recommend having a separate brush for light and dark colors), apply a thin coat of color to the four fingers on the right hand and cure it in UV light while continuing to the left hand. While the left hand is curing apply to the right thumb and cure in UV lamp. Continue to the left thumb (at this point both thumbs should be in the light). Once all ten fingers are cured, repeat steps for the second coat.

Why does the gel lift or peel right off?
Why is there cracking on the sides of the nail?
Why are there bubbles within the product during application?
Why is the gel too runny?
Viscosity of the gel will change in warmer temperatures; store gels in a cool and dark area. It is not recommended that you leave the gels exposed to light or sun for long periods of time.
Why is my gel so hard to work with?
Viscosity of the gel will change in cold temperatures. Warm gel by holding between your hands or legs for 30-60 seconds.
Why does my gel look pitted?
Why does my colored gel look funny?
Pigments in color gels are heavier than the gel, so it is recommended to stir the colored gels with an orangewood stick to distribute the color more evenly.
Why are my brushes hard?
This occurs when brushes are not correctly wiped and stored, we recommend using a lint free paper towel. Unfortunately, there is not a solution to fixing the brushes once they have hardened. Avoid areas with direct sunlight or UV exposure, ALWAYS store brushes in a drawer or dark container.
