Finishing Gel can used as a foundation layer after the Base Gel but ALWAYS used as the finishing/top coat for your final coat of gel. This gel is self-leveling, and produces a high gloss shine for that finished look. Finishing Gel is used to get rid of any dips by applying and then turning the hand upside down, let gravity do the work!!!
